
Mission
The Seneca County Water-Sewer Authority was established in 2024 by an Act of the New York State Legislature. The Authority was created to support towns and villages throughout the County in the deployment of water and sewer infrastructure to boost economic development, protect and promote public health, and enhance the quality of life for residents throughout Seneca County.

Our Mission Statement reads as follows -

"The Seneca County Water and Sewer Authority is committed to expanding access to reliable, high-quality public water and sewer services throughout Seneca County. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for residents, support the growth of local businesses, and attract new families and enterprises to our community by providing essential infrastructure in a responsible, efficient, sustainable and cost-effective manner."
